My main office is based in Brookwood, Surrey. One minute walk from Brookwood Station – only 30 minutes from Waterloo, London!
You are most welcome to try to call anytime, however if you don’t get me straight away, please leave a message, or, alternatively, you may prefer to text my mobile with your number so that I can call you back as soon as I am able to. Just text “Please call..” with your name, and suitable times if relevant.
Email is probably the best way to get my attention most days if I am not travelling or away at a workshop. If you would prefer a phone call to an email by return, please make sure to leave your number and suitable times to call.

I have been suppressing my shadow side from an early age, due to my environment, as it was not safe to express, however i’ve been away from that life for over 14yrs now and still seem to be operating in the same manner. i would not be addressing it it was not becoming a problem.
